You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not use our website in a way that violates any laws or regulations, or that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website.

3. Products & Services

All products and services are subject to availability, noting that the mystery boxes are just that - a mystery.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Descriptions and prices of products may change without notice.

4. Payment Terms

Payments must be made at the time of purchase.

All payments are processed securely, and we take reasonable measures to protect your payment details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping within South Africa: R100

We do not charge a shipping fee if you collect.

We know you will be eagerly awaiting your bundle, but it may take a few days to arrive. We aim to courier all orders within 2-5 working days unless there are unforeseen circumstances, which we will communicate with you.

Once orders are couriered, you will receive a reference/tracking number.

Kindly ensure that an authorised recipient is available at the expected delivery time to accept your package. 

Ink & Ideas will not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

6. Returns & Refunds

At Ink & Ideas, we curate mystery gift bundles; and since each box is a surprise experience, we do not offer refunds or returns based on personal preference. However, if there is an issue with your order, we’re happy to assist!

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged (not due to shipping reasons) you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Incorrect Items Received: If we sent the wrong item, we would arrange for a replacement or refund. This is applicable to Standard Bundles.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return for an eligible item, email info@inkideas.co.za with:

Your order number

A photo of the issue item (clearly showing its defect/damage)

Description of the issue.

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including logos, text, images, and designs, is owned by Ink & Ideas and remain our intellectual property. 

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.
